Aurora 093 is a female that checks every box we look for in a foundation cow. A wise breeder once told us that you can tell a lot about a female from her head, and it’s one of our favorite things about this cow family. Attractive, proportional, stout-muzzled heads that paint the story from there back. 

She first caught our attention at Doc Beck’s pasture when she struck a pose as a first-calf heifer, and from that moment we knew she needed to call Kansas home. 

Aurora has since become one of the most reliable and potent producers in our program. Her daughters inherit her dense hair coat, athletic structure, and the easy-fleshing ability needed to thrive in the pasture. As the dam of all three Driving 80 sisters, her influence has already played an important role in shaping the direction of our herd. Aurora proves that true maternal value isn’t defined by registration papers - it’s proven through production.
